/Honestly, I have not weighed myself. I need to get enough courage to do so because it is with information that you can make better decisions. I do know I am eating things that have been off my list for a long time, ie chips. They are just sooo good. I am going to try to avoid definitive decisions except that I will eat my lean protein, vegetables and good carbs. If I am full on that, it leaves less room for the junk. Will you join me?
