The 19 from COVID-!9

Honestly, I have not weighed myself. I need to get enough courage to do so because it is with information that you can make better decisions. I do know I am eating things that have been off my list for a long time, ie chips. They are just sooo good. I am going to try to avoid definitive decisions except that I will eat my lean protein, vegetables and good carbs. If I am full on that, it leaves less room for the junk. Will you join me?

The new year has started and it’s time for me to get serious. I am serious every new year and then I’m not. But this year is a little different. I really do better understand the importance of having a good diet. We need good fuel to conquer all the great things we desire to do with our lives. So, what am I eating? Lots of fish, greek yogurt, fruit, vegetables, and dense multi-grain carbs.
