Shirell recently presented for the 2020 Associate Leadership Institute (ALI) on the topic, "From Fears to Action: Moving Beyond Fears of Failure, Disappointment & the Unknown." ALI is a professional development program for diverse associates at New York law firms. Shirell shared strategic insight on how to manage and eventually combat fear in our careers.
